STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Gatherings or parties of any kind are not permitted in the room. The property reserves the right to evict any additional occupants from the room.
This reservation is non-transferable.
In the event of a no-show, one night's accommodation (including any applicable government taxes) will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking or according to the revised booking conditions included in the offer.
The property reserves the right to remove guests due to their conduct or behavior, or for any other safety or medical reasons. This applies in particular to guests who fail to follow staff instructions, express themselves in a discriminatory manner, harass, or endanger other guests.
Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety, or security of the property at any time. Guests must present original identification upon arrival at the property. Special offer conditions will apply to the respective reservations, and in the event of a conflict, the conditions of those offers will prevail.
In the event of a conflict with the invoice received after receiving the services, the conditions of the invoice will prevail.
The guest must maintain proper order and hygiene. They must always follow the safety and hygiene instructions provided by the Property and avoid violating them. The guest will be solely responsible for any violations if detected.
All property and valuables belonging to the Property must be kept in good condition and must not be damaged or destroyed. The Property reserves the right to impose future charges if it is proven that the guest has caused or caused damage or destruction to the Property's property (both movable and immovable). If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances to, among others, any particular fabric, material, cleaning product, or food, it is the guest's responsibility to inform the property management prior to arrival.
Your valuables can be kept in a safe in your room, or the property can store them upon request. The property is entitled to charge a fee for the storage of these items.
If the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable, you must notify the property before storing them. The property may refuse to store these types of valuables.
Management and staff strive to provide a safe and secure environment. We make every effort to ensure a safe environment is maintained and ask our guests to do the same. The property is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or misplaced within the premises due to the actions or inactions of guests.
Lost items found on the premises are logged and secured. The items are then disposed of or donated to a charity. The property is not responsible for contacting individuals regarding lost items. Perishable items removed from guest rooms after checkout will be held only until close of business that day. Claimed items can be collected from the hotel with valid identification, or alternatively, the hotel can arrange shipping on behalf of the guest at their expense.
The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of changes, the revised terms and conditions will be posted on this website immediately. Please check the most recent information posted here to stay informed of any changes.
We make every effort to ensure a satisfactory reservation; however, the hotel is not responsible for financial or other losses, travel delays, injuries, damages, additional expenses, or inconveniences caused directly or indirectly by any event beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil unrest, vehicle defects, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of government or any other authority, changes in government regulations, accidents or failures of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements, or strikes. Airport transportation is provided as a complementary service and the Property is not responsible for any incidents to guests during such transportation.
